Let's talk about the bridal party!

Choosing your bridal party is tough right?! You have so many important people in your life, it's hard to narrow it down to 4 individuals to stand up next to you and your husband at the alter. I personally LOVE big bridal parties. On one condition....if they're cooperative.

Having a bridal party meeting is a great idea to sit down at once with everyone and tell them your timeline. Particularly the part of the timeline when they'll be needed for pictures.

I always meet up with my couples at least twice before their wedding day to discuss their timeline and make sure we're on the same page.

When you have 10+ individuals, as well as alcohol, portraits can get a little messy and slow down your punctual timeline.

Go over with your group what time and how long they will be needed for portraits. You will be given a PDF file to show them on the day of the wedding so they all know the timeline and where they need to be, as well as poses. I like to come fully prepared, so your poses will be pre-planned and in a PDF file. Sometimes I stray away from my plans and pose my couples and their bridal party a fun way that just pops into my head, but for the most part, we stick to the plan to ensure you receive gorgeous, creative portraits and don't miss a second of your wedding.
